Spotlight on Next Gen features at WAF 2026
Vector, our end-to-end onboard retail management platform, brings inventory, sales, payments and reconciliation together in one place, now enhanced with next gen features.
World Aviation Festival (WAF) Lisbon 2026 ended yesterday, after three days of conferences and networking.
Thanks to everyone who dropped by our stand to talk to us about Vector, our end-to-end onboard retail management platform, which brings inventory, sales, payments and reconciliation together in one place, now enhanced with next gen features.
Our Chief Product & Technology Officer, Becky Byrne, represented Retail inMotion on the panel, ‘retailing at 30,000ft: Reimagining onboard retail experience for loyalty and revenue growth’ on Tuesday.
Hosted by Jonas von Kruecten, with fellow panellists Colleen Tynan, Porter Airlines and Nick Silvester, SES, Becky gave the tech perspective, citing the importance of pre-order and order-to-seat technology to enhance the customer experience, and the increasing value of actionable data to drive personalisation and ancillary revenue onboard.
Our sincere thanks to Jonas, for excellent facilitation, and to Becky’s fellow speakers, for an insightful conversation.
