We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Supply Chain Analyst to join our fast-paced Products team. This role is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work as part of a lively team working with some of our biggest clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain, product and/or warehouse management.
The skills you will bring:
- Strategic development of RiM’s overall OBR Europe supply chain setup whilst managing the current Supply Planning cycles for key products;
- Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects, improving efficiencies or processes in all areas of RiM’s supply chain setup by analyzing current methodologies and processes;
- Assist Supply Chain Teams with accomplishing objectives;
- Responsible for daily analysis of orders across all order groups/customers to maximise turnover, minimise potential write off and identify high stock quantities;
- Support program and catering unit implementations in terms of all SCM activities;
- Support the definition of RiM’s SCM IT infrastructure;
- Lead annual stock count of RiM owned material;
- Drive process documentation to ensure efficient tracking internally and visibility for our customers (e.g., Inventory Turnover report, Order Cycle time report & Out of Stock reporting);
- Creation and monitoring of month end reporting’s;
- Monitoring demand and analyzing data of all service providers, airline customers and LMPs to anticipate future supply and logistical needs through weekly key account metrics set to measure performance of supply chain, sales processes, customer fulfilment processes and supply accuracy;
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values;
- Work with the Procurement, Sales, Finance and IT departments to enhance service delivery.
How you will make a difference:
- 3 -5 years’ experience in a supply chain/logistics/operations department;
- High attention to detail and highly structured and organised approach necessary for this role;
- Ability to work off your own initiative and the attitude to take control and manage an independent workload;
- Adaptable and Flexible under pressure while maintaining a calm approach;
- Strategically minded, with a forward-thinking approach;
- High tolerance for fast pace, change and ambiguity;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills in particular Word, Excel and Power Point and the ability to research and learn new technology as required;
- Capable interacting well with others and working on own initiative;
- Focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Good written and verbal communication;
- Can-do attitude focusing on identifying solutions to problems;
- Knowledge of the English language essential.
